However, there are certain restrictions and limitations inherent in web design projects to ensure feasibility, legal compliance, and efficiency. Please review the following restrictions to understand what can and cannot be done within your web design project:

Browser and Device Compatibility:

• Our websites are optimized for modern browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and devices. While we aim to ensure broad compatibility, we do not guarantee full functionality on outdated or unsupported browsers or devices.
• Mobile responsiveness is included, but the design and functionality may vary slightly between devices based on screen size and browser configurations.

Custom Functionality and Third-Party Integrations:

• Advanced custom functionality (e.g., complex animations, custom web applications) may require additional time, cost, and third-party software. Certain integrations (e.g., payment gateways, third-party APIs) may not be possible if they are not supported by your web hosting provider or the selected platform.
• We may need to consult with third-party vendors, and their terms and conditions may apply.

Content Responsibility:

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide high-quality images, videos, logos, and text content for the website unless specified otherwise. We can source stock images or create content for an additional fee, but the final content submission is required before finalizing the website.
• We do not create or provide copyrighted material unless it is fully licensed or obtained with permission.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Our web design services include basic SEO setup, such as meta tags, alt texts, and URL structure. Advanced SEO strategies and long-term optimization efforts are separate services and are not guaranteed as part of the web design package.

Revisions and Design Scope:

• A limited number of design revisions are included in each web design package. Significant changes to the scope of the project or additional revisions beyond the agreed number may require extra fees.
• Design scope changes after the project has commenced may lead to delays or require a new agreement.

Copyright and Legal Compliance:

• We do not create websites that infringe upon copyright laws, contain illegal content, or promote harmful or unethical activities.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the content, products, or services provided for the website comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Hosting and Maintenance:

• Web hosting and domain registration are not included unless explicitly agreed upon. We can assist with setup, but the client is responsible for maintaining these services.
• Ongoing website maintenance, updates, and security are offered as separate services and are not included in the initial web design package.

Project Delivery Timelines:

• Timely delivery of the website is dependent on the client’s responsiveness and provision of all required materials. Delays in providing feedback, content, or other resources may affect the project timeline.

E-commerce Limitations:

• E-commerce functionalities are included in certain packages. However, limitations may apply based on the platform’s capabilities (e.g., number of products, payment methods supported).
• Customization of checkout processes or unique payment gateways may require third-party integrations or custom coding, which may incur additional costs.
